Shipping & Delivery

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Many clients choose and collect their piece in person. Where you would like it delivered, delivery is arranged with our team for each purchase.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Delivery to other countries is possible only by individual agreement, and only where the destination's rules for importing natural fur allow it.

How delivery is arranged

Tell our team before the purchase is concluded that you would like delivery. We confirm in writing — usually on WhatsApp — the method, the cost and who pays it, and the carrier's estimated timing. Nothing is dispatched until you have agreed these details.

Delivery times

Any delivery estimate is the carrier's estimate, confirmed to you when the parcel is sent. We cannot guarantee delivery dates: transit times depend on the carrier, on customs and on local conditions.

Customs, duties and fur trade rules

Deliveries across borders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs checks in the destination country; unless agreed otherwise in writing, these are payable by the recipient. Natural fur can also be subject to wildlife-trade rules: some species and some populations are covered by CITES, the international convention on trade in wild species — for example, certain red fox populations are listed in its Appendix III — and some countries add their own restrictions or permit requirements. Before agreeing an international delivery we check whether the piece can be sent to your country; if it cannot, we will tell you.

Your responsibilities

  • Give a complete and accurate delivery address and a phone number on which you can be reached.
  • Be available, or arrange for someone to be available, to receive the parcel.
  • Check the parcel when it arrives and tell us promptly — with photographs — if it is damaged or anything is missing.
  • Keep the labels, tags and any Certificate of Authenticity that accompany your piece.
