This policy explains what personal data NF OVERSEAS by Nabi Furriers (“we”, “us”) handles through this website and when you contact us, why, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its implementing regulations, and to respect the privacy laws of the other countries where we meet clients.
1. Who we are
Nabi Furriers is a fur business established in 1955 and registered in Pakistan in the name of its Chief Executive Officer, Adil Nabi. NF OVERSEAS is the name under which it meets clients in its seasonal markets — Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Russia and China. Nabi Furriers does not have a registered entity in those countries. Nabi Furriers is responsible for the personal data described in this policy; you can reach us using the contact details in section 12.
2. What this website collects
This website is informational. It has no account registration, no online checkout and no contact forms, and it does not ask you to type in personal data.
- Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) necessarily processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Choices stored on your device. The site stores your cookie-consent choice and — only if you allow functional storage — your preferred language. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us. See our Cookie Policy.
- No analytics or advertising. We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media pixels or cross-site tracking on this website.
3. When you contact us
Clients deal with us by phone, on WhatsApp and in person. When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, your messages and the details of the piece you are interested in. If you buy from us, we also handle what is needed to complete the sale and, where agreed, to arrange delivery (such as a delivery address).
Where a Certificate of Authenticity is issued for a piece, it records the piece, the name of the person it is issued to, the date and a signature.
Your messages are held in the WhatsApp accounts and phones our team uses to speak with you, and are seen by the members of our team who handle your enquiry and by our management. WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by Meta, which processes messages under its own privacy policies.
4. Why we use your data, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiries and arrange viewings — at your request, or with your consent.
- To complete a purchase, issue the Certificate of Authenticity and arrange delivery — to perform our agreement with you.
- To keep records the law requires (for example accounting records) — to meet our legal obligations.
- To keep this website secure and working — as necessary to provide it, and where permitted by law, our legitimate interests.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is needed: with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for the technical data in section 2; with the messaging platform you chose to contact us on; with a delivery or courier company when you ask us to arrange delivery; and with public authorities where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Our team works between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and travels to meet clients in other countries; WhatsApp and our hosting provider operate global networks. Your data may therefore be accessed from or stored outside the country where you are. We transfer personal data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only as permitted by the PDPL and its regulations on transfers, keep it to what is necessary, and protect it as described in this policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for — for example, for the duration of your enquiry and any after-sales service for a piece you bought — or for longer only where the law requires it. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is collected and used (this policy);
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it in a clear, readable format;
- ask us to correct, complete or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to destroy (delete) your data when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent (this does not affect what was done before).
To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. We aim to respond within 30 days, the period set by the PDPL's implementing regulations, which may be extended where those regulations allow — in which case we will tell you why. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), or with the competent authority in your own country.
9. Security
This website is designed to be served only over encrypted HTTPS with modern security headers, and it does not collect personal data through forms. We limit access to your enquiry and purchase details to the members of our team who need them.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
