Every Nabi Furriers piece is natural and individual, so the return and exchange terms for a piece are agreed with you individually and confirmed in writing before the purchase is concluded. Your statutory rights always apply in addition.
If a piece is faulty or not as described
If your piece has a defect, does not match what was agreed, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you notice, with photographs and any documents that came with it. We will review it with you and put it right — by repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate and as the law requires. Natural variation in colour and in the texture of the hair is a characteristic of genuine fur, not a defect.
If you change your mind
Whether a piece can be returned or exchanged because you have changed your mind — and on what conditions — is agreed with you before the sale and confirmed in writing. Please ask our team before you buy.
Purchases concluded remotely (Saudi Arabia)
Where Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law applies to a purchase concluded by electronic means — for example, agreed and paid for over WhatsApp — a consumer may have the right to cancel within seven days of receiving the piece, provided it has not been used, unless an exception applies (such as a piece made to the consumer's own specifications). Where that right applies, we will honour it.
Condition of returned pieces
A returned piece should be unworn and unaltered, in its original condition, with its identification label, hang tags and any Certificate of Authenticity issued with it.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is made by the method and within the time confirmed by our team when it is agreed, and in any event as the applicable law requires.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan or elsewhere.
